All information listed for each item is as accurate and honest as possible.
All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. **
** Items with the description marked MOTOR and TRANSMISSION GOOD means that Cars With Heart(CWH) has road tested that item.
In some cases CWH has repaired an item that was defective at the time of donation. The repaired item will be listed and described.
FEES - PAYMENT - TAX AND LICENSES FEES
Each item purchased is subject to a 10% Buyers Premium or $100.00 whichever is greater.
Payment will only be accepted by cash, cashiers check, travelers check, money order, bank draft, or wire transfer. NO PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS!
Mastercard, Visa and Amercian Express will be accepted with a 3% processing charge.
MINNESOTA SALES TAX
1) Vehicles Manufactured in 2000 or later (eg. 2001,2002..etc.) is subject to 6.5% sales tax based on the sales price.
2) Vehicles Manufactured in 1999 or earlier (eg. 1998,1997..etc.) with
a Sales Price GREATER THAN $3000.00 are subject to 6.5% sales tax based on the sales price.
3) Vehicles Manufactured in 1999 or earlier (eg. 1998,1997..etc.) with
a Sales Price LESS THAN $3000.00 is $10.00.
4) Wheelage tax = $5.00. This tax is charged for vehicles kept in Anoka,Carver, Dakota
and Washington counties.
5) Minnesota Transit Improvement Vehicle Excise Tax = $20.00. This tax is charged on all vehicles registered for road use, even out of state sales.
FEES
1) License Plates = $7.00.
2) Title Transfer = $44.50.
3) Documentation/Dealer Prep. = $100.00.
4) License Tab Fee.
2006-2007 = $189.00
2000-2005 = $99.00
1999 or less = $35.00
5) Expedited Title Transaction = $20.00.
