GENERAL INFORMATION
You must be 18 years of age to bid.
The winning bidder must have a valid drivers license.
BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT VEHICLES BEFORE BIDDING.
ALL sales are FINAL.
The buyer assumes 100% responsibility for the item.
WINNING BIDDERS OF MULTIPLE ITEMS MUST PURCHASE ALL ITEMS.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN THE FORFIETURE OF ALL ITEMS WON.
All information listed for each item is as accurate and honest as possible, however it is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition of the item.
All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. **
It is the responsibility of the winner to know that they have won an item.
AUCTION ENDING TIMES ARE STAGGERED.
IF AN ITEM HAS HAD A BID WITHIN THE LAST 1 MINUTE OF THE AUCTION, THE AUCTION END TIME WILL BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES.
HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE AUCTION CLOSING......OUR EXAMPLE AUCTION ENDS AT 8:00PM. THERE ARE 50 ITEMS IN THE AUCTION.
AT 8:00PM ITEM 1 CLOSES. IF A BID HAS BEEN MADE WITHIN THE FINAL 1 MINUTE BEFORE THE CLOSE, ITEM 1 REMAINS OPEN FOR AN ADDITONAL 2 MINUTES
TO GIVE OTHER BIDDERS THE CHANCE TO BID. THIS CYCLE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NO BIDS ARE MADE IN THE FINAL 1 MINUTE.
AT 8:01PM ITEM 2 CLOSES. THIS ITEM MAY BE EXTENDED IN THE SAME MANNER AS ITEM 1 ABOVE.
AT 8:02PM ITEM 3 CLOSES. THIS ITEM MAY BE EXTENDED IN THE SAME MANNER AS ITEM 1 ABOVE.
FINALLY AT 8:49PM ITEM 50 CLOSES. THIS ITEM MAY BE EXTENDED IN THE SAME MANNER AS ITEM 1 ABOVE.
THE EXTENSION CYCLE CONTINUES UNTIL ALL ITEMS HAVE CLOSED.
PICKUP/REMOVAL OF VEHICLE(S)
The winning bidder will be responsible for paying and removing the vehicle(s) within 3 DAYS of the auction end date.
Any item that has not been paid for within 3 days of the auction ending, forfeits their rights to buy the vehicle.
THE BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL FORFEITED ITEMS.
Bidders that forfeit an item will have their account terminated.
FEES - PAYMENT - TAX AND LICENSES FEES
Each item purchased is subject to a 10% Buyers Premium or $100.00 whichever is greater.
Payment will only be accepted by cash, cashiers check, travelers check, money order, bank draft, or wire transfer. NO PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS!
Mastercard and Visa will be accepted with a 3% processing charge.
MINNESOTA SALES TAX
1) Vehicles Manufactured in 2001 or later (eg. 2002,2003..etc.) is subject to 6.5% sales tax based on the sales price.
2) Vehicles Manufactured in 2000 or earlier (eg. 1999,1998..etc.) with
a Sales Price GREATER THAN $2999.00 are subject to 6.5% sales tax based on the sales price.
3) Vehicles Manufactured in 2000 or earlier (eg. 1999,1998..etc.) with
a Sales Price LESS THAN $2999.00 is $10.00.
4) ALL Snowmobiles, Boats and Trailers are subject to 6.5% sales tax based on the sales price.
5) Wheelage tax = $5.00. This tax is charged for vehicles kept in Anoka,Carver,Dakota,Scott and Washington counties.
6) Minnesota Transit Improvement Vehicle Excise Tax = $20.00. This tax is charged on all vehicles registered for road use, even out of state sales.

1) License Plates = $6.00.
2) Title Transfer = $44.50.
3) Documentation/Dealer Prep. = $105.00.
4) License Tab Fee. Includes Vehicles and Trailers.
2007-2008 = $189.00
2001-2006 = $99.00
2000 or less = $35.00
5) Snowmobile License Tabs = $48.50.
6) Collector Class Registration = $90.00.
7) Expedited Title Transaction = $20.00.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AUCTION WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR RIGHTS TO BID IN FUTURE AUCTIONS.
